Extra Junior holds a law degree from Université Laval. He then completed a master’s degree in taxation at the Université de Sherbrooke before being admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2007.

He began his career as a researcher with the Court of Québec, and went on to work for Revenu du Québec. In 2011, he founded Laguerre Fiscaliste inc.

Extra Junior’s daily practice is varied. He represents clients in disputes (e.g. tax audits, contestation of notices of assessment, voluntary disclosure, negotiations, requests for cancellation of penalties and interest, etc.) with Agence du Revenu du Québec (ARQ) and Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). He also advises entrepreneurs on setting up, developing and growing their businesses.

Extra Junior was bâtonnier of the Barreau de Montréal and President of the Jeune Barreau de Montréal.

He’s a big fan of American soccer and basketball. He also enjoys road biking, aperitifs on the terrace with friends and electronic music.
